Welcome to Ayush Holidays. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to every tour package, hotel stay, transport and other travel service you book with us. Please read them carefully before you make a booking.
By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Our Role
Ayush Holidays plans and arranges travel services. Hotels, transport operators, airlines, railways, guides and activity providers are independent third parties. Their own terms also apply to the services they provide.
2. Enquiries and Quotations
- Itineraries and quotations depend on availability and are valid only for the period stated on them.
- Prices can change before your booking is confirmed because of changes in hotel rates, fuel prices, taxes or exchange rates.
- Photos and descriptions on our website are for reference. Actual rooms, vehicles and views may vary.
3. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- Unless your quotation says otherwise, an advance of at least 30% of the package cost is due at the time of booking, and the balance is due no later than 15 days before departure.
- Bookings made less than 15 days before departure need full payment at the time of booking.
- If the balance is not paid on time, we may cancel the booking and apply the charges in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Prices include GST and other taxes as stated in your quotation. Any new or increased government taxes will be added to the price.
4. What Is Included and Not Included
Your package includes only the services listed in your confirmation. Unless stated, packages do not include:
- Flight or train tickets.
- Entry fees for monuments, parks and activities.
- Camera fees, tips, laundry, phone calls, personal expenses and meals not listed in the itinerary.
- Travel insurance.
- Costs caused by events outside our control, such as delays, roadblocks, landslides or bad weather.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- Every traveller must carry a valid government-issued photo ID, such as an Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID or driving licence. Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
- You are responsible for providing correct names, ages and contact details. Charges caused by wrong information are payable by you.
- Please reach pickup points, hotels and departure points on time. Services missed because of late arrival will not be refunded.
- Please respect local laws, customs, religious places and the environment.
- Hotels have their own rules for check-in, check-out, extra guests and conduct, and you must follow them.
6. Hotels and Accommodation
- Standard check-in time is usually 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM, and check-out time is usually 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may cost extra.
- If a confirmed hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar or better hotel.
- Room types, amenities and views are as described by the hotel and may vary.
7. Transport
- Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary. AC may be switched off on hill roads and steep climbs.
- Sightseeing follows the planned itinerary. Extra stops or detours may cost extra.
- Drivers follow fixed working hours and are not allowed to drive late at night, for safety.
8. Changes to Your Itinerary
We may need to change your itinerary, hotels or transport because of weather, natural events, strikes, road conditions, government orders or other reasons outside our control. We will offer the best possible alternative. Any extra cost from such changes is payable by the traveller, and unused services may not be refundable.
9. Health, Safety and Insurance
You are responsible for being fit to travel, especially for high-altitude destinations and adventure activities. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations and loss of baggage.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ayush Holidays is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay or extra expense caused by third-party service providers, natural events, accidents, theft, strikes, pandemics, government actions or any other cause outside our control. Our total liability for any booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for that booking.
11. Use of the Website

- You must not misuse the website, submit false information or try to interfere with how it works.
12. Complaints
If you are not happy with any service during your trip, please tell us right away so we can try to fix it on the spot. Complaints made after the trip must reach us in writing within 7 days of your return.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Ayush Holidays has its registered office.
